Mahagiri Villas Sanur

This place was exceptional, the staff friendly and respectful of your privacy. We enjoyed the spa, service was good and relaxing. This is a place you can chill out not far from the Icon Mall and a short walk to the beach. The Villas also offer a courtesy car to drop off and pick up free of charge wherever you want to go locally. We had included an airport transfer in our package we also had breakfast included couldn't fault it was lovely. We also had dinner at the villas too all very nice and the staff were quick to serve you with whatever you requested. Fabulous 5 nights.

The 2 bedroom villa with pool was beautiful and so spacious - I can’t believe what amazing value for money it was. Also the food served was delicious. We enjoyed a superb breakfast each morning and ate dinner in our villa ordered from room service each evening. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection. The courtesy car to take us into town was a bonus and the WhatsApp to communicate requests worked really well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definately give 10/10.

The welcome drinks were refreshing and snacks were yummy too. Supplying us with 19 litres water was brilliant. It cuts down on plastic water bottles and we didn’t have to boil water. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and well-stocked. I left my diamond ring on the toilet sink and when I returned in the evening, it was still there. A big shout out to the housekeeper who helped make sure I get back my ring. The receptionist always got our room key ready for us each time we returned to the villa. The food was yummy and we love the cocktails.

Very private accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our private pool after days in Bali's heat & humidity then into our comfortable air conditioned bedroom complete with insect repellent! Our villa was exactly as pictured in the promotional material. Included breakfast in the on-site restaurant each morning was a great way to discover Balinese foods with an extensive menu. We enjoyed 2 dinners there as well instead of going off site. I had a really wonderful massage with Devie and Jay enjoyed his pedicure. Transportation provided (when stay is 3+ days) from the cruise port to the Villas on our arrival and to the airport at our departure. We opted to extend our last day and check out at 6 p.m. instead of noon as our flight was not until 9:30 that evening for a reasonable half the room rate! A great value for the privacy & foods offered! HIGHLY recommend!

The service provided by staff was impeccable. I requested from the property that security be present on our arrival as we had a situation with the taxi driver. Security was present and they dealt with the taxi driver, and explained to me everything that was said, and we avoided further angst. The one-bedroom villa with a pool was our private sanctuary, and very comfortable. Location was not an issue as the premises provided a shuttle at 15mins notice, for both drop off and pick up. Breakfast was adequate.
